At GalaxyCon, we want you to feel out of this world in your new fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include your original packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unworn items with original tags attached in their original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
